Smoothies

Ok, so, I have been on this smoothie kick lately, and I decided to start writing about it here. That way I can organize my findings on a public forum because... why not.

Mostly I really like the idea of adding ingredients that really help with one aspect of health or another, and I like that they are recipes out there that tell you that it is like an immune booster, or for weight loss, or for healthy skin. I don't like that there typically isn't a followup that lets you know why they have these properties. I really like the way that TheGreenForks formated the information in this this post and I would like to mirror that with the recipes that I am starting to create and use.
